Item is one Vintage Cameo Pin Brooch Pendant In 14k yellow Gold . This one is beautifully carved from shell and set in a 14k yellow gold setting. It has the flip up loop so it can be worn as a necklace pendant. It is prong set in the gold frame. It also has a locking loop for the pin. So, it doesn't fall off when worn as a broach.
